For complementary practitioners

Your practice, amplified by immersion

Alsensia gives practitioners an immersive, measurable way to guide clients into a regulated state - faster, deeper and more reproducibly.

10 – 30 min · substance-free protocols

Virtual reality reproduces the very mechanisms you already work with - absorption, letting go and focused attention. The headset carries part of the induction, so even clients who respond poorly to voice alone settle into a workable state.

Our real-time biofeedback - in prototype and currently open to selected partners - then closes the loop: you watch the nervous system respond and steer the session on objective signals rather than guesswork.

How it works

The mechanisms your practice already relies on

Absorption & presence

Immersion saturates the visual and auditory cortex and produces a strong sense of presence - the same absorption that hypnosis, sophrology and guided relaxation all reach for.

Letting go

A convincing virtual world gently draws attention away from the room and its worries - the inward, settled focus your inductions, visualisations or breathing work aim for, reached in seconds.

Focused attention

By capturing the brain’s most valuable resource - attention - immersion frees the bandwidth anxiety usually consumes so your client settles fully into the guided experience you have set for them.

Anxiety regulation

Calm. Vitality. Recovery.

10 to 30-minute protocols · designed by neuroscientists

Short, structured sessions drawing from a wide toolkit: meditation, mindfulness, sophrology, color therapy, sound therapy and breathwork - including cardiac coherence.

Calm

Soothe the system

Bring the nervous system into a parasympathetic state - for moments of overwhelm, anxiety or insomnia.

Vitality

Restore focus and energy

Sharpen attention, dissolve mental fog and recharge before a demanding session.

Recovery

Repair and reset

Active emotional decompression after stress, training or clinical sessions - restoring balance to the system.

Steer the session on real physiological signals

A sensor reads the body’s response in real time and feeds it back into the experience, so you and your client can see regulation happen and adjust on objective data rather than guesswork.

  • Cardio-respiratory activity Heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV) and respiration rate - the clearest live window on autonomic arousal and the shift toward parasympathetic calm that a session is meant to produce.
  • Electrodermal activity Skin conductance tracks sympathetic activation moment to moment - an early, sensitive marker that tells you whether the client is still tense or genuinely letting go.
  • Skin-temperature variation Peripheral warming reflects the vasodilation that comes with release - a slow, reliable confirmation that down-regulation is actually taking hold, not just reported.
Example Alsensia session report

After each session, Alsensia compiles the signals into a report - so you can track regulation from one session to the next and share objective progress with your client.

What Alsensia adds

Built to extend what you already do

Induction

Deeper, faster, more reliable

Immersion primes the trance state, so inductions land quicker and hold - including with low-hypnotisable clients who struggle with voice alone.

Protocols

10 to 30-minute sessions

Ready-made protocols designed by neuroscientists and psychologists - substance-free, evidence-based and reproducible from one session to the next.

Integration

Fits your setting

Use it in the room to open or deepen a session, or to standardise a warm-up - a calibrated tool that complements your voice and your method rather than replacing them.
